In General
The pub is on the double route of NY 28 and 30 in the middle of Indian Lake hamlet and the 35 mph zone. We are next to the Stewarts Shoppes and the junction of NY 30 south to Speculator. McSweeney's Irish Pub of Indian Lake is on the south side of the route. Indian Lake is in the middle of Hamilton County.
From Albany, Saratoga, Lake George and Warrensburg via North Creek and NY Route 28
Take the Adirondack Northway, I-87, north to Exit 23; US 9 to Warrensburg MP 60. Follow US 9 North through Warrensburg Village. 2 miles north of Warrensburg, NY 28 will begin on the left or west side of US 9. Take NY 28 through North Creek towards Indian Lake. Go up the big hill past North River hamlet. In Indian Lake, we are next to the Stewarts and junction for NY 30 south to Speculator.
From Long Lake and Blue Mountain Lake
Take NY 30 South towards Indian Lake. When you get to Blue Mountain Lake you will be on the top of the big hill by the Adirondack Museum and the actual Blue Mountain trailhead parking area. It is a long steep downhill towards the center of Blue Mountain Lake hamlet, so be careful descending the hill. When you get to the bottom of the hill by the actual lake, there is the junction of NY 28 and 30 EAST to Indian Lake. Take a LEFT TURN there. We are 12 miles east of that junction on the right or south side of the road in the hamlet. Stewarts is right next door to us.
Speculator and Lake Pleasant
Take NY 30 north out of Speculator 24 miles north to Indian Lake. At the junction at the end of the road, turn left on NY 28 & 30. We are the second building from the corner next to Stewarts. If you are coming from Lake Pleasant or Piseco, take NY 8 into Speculator and turn left on NY 30.
Raquette Lake and Inlet
Take NY 28 East/North towards Indian Lake. When you get into Blue Mountain Lake hamlet by the lake, take it easy as the road bends to the left in the business area. When you get to the junction by the corner store, turn right to stay on 28. It is now NY 28 & 30, the road to Indian Lake. We are 12 miles east of the junction on the right or south side of the road. Stewarts is right next door to us.
